Modbury Hospital Library Services

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been necessary for the SA Health Library Service to make some changes. However, your online access to all library resources and information via the SALUS site, and assistance from Library staff will not change - we are here to help you.

WHAT SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

• To assist in social distancing there will be a reduced capacity in the library with some computers unavailable
• Hand sanitiser is available; please sanitise your hand on entering and exiting the library
• Disinfectant wipes are available to wipe the computer keyboard and mouse after use
• Share equipment (i.e. headphones) will no longer be made available
• Print newspapers will not be made available

CAN I BORROW PRINT ITEMS?

Yes, all print material from the SA Health Library collection can be borrowed across all sites. However, print Interlibrary Loan requests are currently not being processed. 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE TIME I CAN SPEND IN THE LIBRARY?

At this stage, there is no limit to the length of time you can stay in the library each day. We ask everyone to be mindful of the library's capacity and computer usage and to manage their visit accordingly.
