In accordance with current COVID-19 recommendations, SA Health Library Service has temporarily paused access to print books. This includes borrowing, placing holds on, or requesting interlibrary loans of print books. 

We have a wide range of eBooks, eJournals and other eResources to continue to meet your needs during this time. Please contact us to discuss what we can offer you.

Welcome to the WCHN Library

Welcome to the Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) Library SALUS pages.

The WCHN library offers a full range of services and resources to meet the needs of all staff, as well as students on placement. Library and information professional staff are able to help staff focus on information quality and to develop the necessary critical appraisal skills with personal customised service.

Training is available for searching the catalogue, databases, accessing journals online, or download uptodate to your mobile. If you have commenced study or a professional development course we can help with information searching or literature reviews.

When searching for an article or a book in the Salus catalogue at you can directly request an interlibrary loan from the catalogue entry by clicking on the following icon. 

To submit an interlibrary loan to the interlibrary staff without going through the catalogue click on the following link and enter your library username.
